Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2026

We know life happens. Here’s what to expect when plans change.

Classes & Group Sessions

• Cancel at least 12 hours before class at no charge.
• Late cancel: Late cancellations (under 12 hours): $15 late cancellation fee
•  No-show: No-shows: $30 (full class rate)
• Waitlist: If you’re added to a class from the waitlist outside the 12-hour window, you’re responsible for canceling if you can’t attend. If you’re added within the 12-hour window and don’t attend, you’ll be charged the full class rate.

Clinical & Bodywork Services

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full session rate.
• Emergencies happen. Email info@healspace.nyc and we’ll do our best.

Packages & Memberships

• Packages are non-refundable and valid as credit toward any Healspace service.
• Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll review it.
• Memberships require 7 days’ written notice to cancel before your next billing date.

Workshops & Special Events

• Non-refundable. Transferable to another person or future credit with 48 hours’ notice.
• If Healspace cancels or reschedules, you’ll receive a full credit or refund.

Healspace Cancellations

If we cancel a class or session, you’ll be notified promptly and receive a full credit or refund.
